These stats are according to   What do these stats make you think?  For me it just shows that most people are using the internet to help in their buying or selling decision.   If you are Realtor or Real Estate Investor and currently do not have a presence online, you are losing out on thousands of dollars and maybe legally insane.  You need to modernize your business right now.   Your competition is killing you right now.


And when I say web presence I do not mean get a simple web site and call it good.   You need to be marketing your business online like crazy.    The number one goal is to get traffic to your web site, capture leads and turn those leads into sales.

There are thousands of ways to get more traffic to your web site.

If you are brand new to internet marketing you need to start educating yourself about the process.  There are thousands of web sites (maybe millions) that give you free information about the internet marketing process and there are also thousands of courses that can super charge your internet marketing success.      If you want to you can also pay someone $300 to $5,000 per month.  They will help to get you ranked in the search engines.

For most people I would say that paying someone $5,000 to do something that can be done in less than an hour a day would just be insane.

Once last thing I want to talk to you about is key word research.   What is a key word?  A key word is something that a person is searching for.  For example is you type in to Google “Buy Home Billings MT” that would be a key word.

Internet marketing is all about learning what people are searching for and then putting out content that answers their questions.

Your goal should be to find out what everyone interested in buying and selling real estate are searching for.  Are they looking how to save money? Make money? Sell Fast? Buy Investment property?  Whatever the majority in your area are searching for is what you need to be writing articles, blogging and making videos about.

Google has a key word tool that can help you figure out what people are searching for in your area.
