Investment Programs

We buy and sell houses.  To buy the houses, we prefer to borrow money from private individuals who we pay 8-12% to use your money.  It is a really simple plan.

What we do is locate a property we want to buy.  Then we borrow form you to purchase the property.  We have a formal closing and you get a mortgage on the home with other documents.  You get a promissory note, mortgage deed or deed of trust, hazard insurance policy, personal guarantee, title insurance and appraisal.

  • 6-12 Month Terms
  • Principle and interest payable at the sale
  • Secured by subject property, You will be the owner on title
  • Lender gets the mortgage deed  of deed of trust, to protect your interest
